  • WORKSHOPS

    Workshops are in integral part of the entire GeoSym2022.
    The condition for participation in the workshop (September 29, 2022) is registration through GeoSym2022 „GeoSym2022 – registration form” or „GeoSym2022-Workshops – registration form”.
    Registration for workshops open until:  June 30, 2022 – peroid extended to August 16, 2022 or to fill the limit of places.

  • ABSTRACTS

    Authors are asked to submit abstracts in accordance with the template
    GeoSym2022_ABSTRAKT_szablon_streszczenie.docx 
    Abstracts of papers and posters should be sent to the e-mail address: geosympozjum@uw.edu.pl until June 20, 2022 – extension of the deadline to July 10, 2022

  • POSTER (printing on your own)

    Poster should have dimensions: 100 x 70 cm vertically
    On the poster and presentation, please put the GeoSym2022 logo, which can be download: [plik JPG] [plik PDF]

  • Information on the processing of personal data (plik pdf)

Important dates:

  • until June 30, 2022 – accepting participation applications (conference fee paid by July 8, 2022);
  • from July 1 till August 16, 2022 – accepting participation applications (higher conference fee paid by August 16, 2022);
  • until June 20, 2022 – sending abstracts of papers and posters to the e-mail address: geosympozjum@uw.edu.pl; – extension of the deadline to July 10, 2022
  • until June 30, 2022 – period extende to August 16, 2022 or to fill the limit of places – registration for the workshops.

  • The conference fee will include: participation in GeoSym2022, conference materials, accommodation, full board, events.
  • NOTE: The number of accommodation places at the European Center for Geological Education (https://www.eceg.uw.edu.pl) is limited.
    The number of single rooms is limited – the order of applications decides (currently not avaliable).
